Jennifer Greenwood is an online higher education professional with over 16 years of experience. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jennifer spent the majority of her time in grown-driven leadership roles with Education Management Corporation and The Art Institutes. Her areas of expertise include enrollment and academic operations, educational technology, process improvement, and student services. Responding to a longtime calling to join the helping professions, Jennifer began her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University in 2022. Shortly after, Jennifer was offered the opportunity work with Fluence as a training assistant. After the passing of Proposition 109 in Oregon, Jennifer’s role expanded to Certificate Program Administrator in order to support Fluence’s certificate programs. Jennifer hopes that her background, experience, and willingness to serve will help to grow Fluence’s postgraduate certificate programs. Jennifer’s interests include palliative care, psychedelic neuroscience, psychedelic pharmacology, and transpersonal psychology. Jennifer is influenced by the work of Thich Nhat Hahn, Pema Chodron, Tara Brach, Gabor Mate, Bessel Van Kolk, Frank Anderson, and Marsha Linehan.
