Dr. Alex Kelman is a licensed clinical psychologist and researcher. His research and professional work includes the development of standardized protocols for psychedelic facilitator training and the use of AI-supported feedback alongside expert human oversight as a way to improve facilitator competency and track fidelity adherence.

Alex is an Associate Clinical Professor at UCLA, where he supervises PhD students in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He was previously a Vice President of Clinical Development and Head of Therapies at Cybin (now Helus Pharma).
