Angela Hargrove, MHA, is a clinical research strategist and executive with over three decades of experience across CNS drug development, psychedelic clinical research, clinical trial operations, strategy, and business development. Her strategic and operational experience spans healthcare and life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CROs, SMOs, site networks, academia, government-funded research, and hospital systems. She has built and scaled psychedelic and CNS research programs, site infrastructure, and strategic partnerships from the ground up.

Her work encompasses clinical development strategy, sponsor engagement, trial operations, site development, DEA Schedule I research readiness, program development, and the implementation of scalable solutions for emerging therapies. Angela is also Co-Founder of First Coast Research Center, a Jacksonville Beach research site focused on psychedelic and CNS clinical trials.

Angela is a published thought leader and active advocate for veteran mental health and psychedelic policy, including testimonies before the FDA and policymakers.
