At Fluence, David leads program implementation and organizational operations, shaping strategy, refining systems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences at scale. His work spans strategic planning, policy development, financial oversight, and trainer development, along with close collaboration on program design to keep Fluence’s offerings aligned with its mission and values.

David is an Integral Master Coach and a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through UMass Medical School. His background bridges mindfulness, psychology, and psychedelic-assisted therapy education, grounded in both academic training and real-world clinical research. He holds an MA in Psychology from The New School for Social Research and previously served as a study coordinator for the MAPS-sponsored MDMA-assisted therapy trial for PTSD in New York City.

With over a decade of group leadership experience and extensive retreat facilitation, David brings a grounded, experience-driven approach to learning and growth.
