At Fluence, David leads program implementation and organizational operations, helping shape strategy, strengthen systems, and support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences at scale. His work includes strategic planning, policy development, financial oversight, trainer development, and collaboration on program design to ensure Fluence’s offerings remain aligned with its mission and values.

David holds an MA in Psychology from The New School for Social Research. Prior to joining Fluence, he served as a study coordinator for the MAPS-sponsored MDMA-assisted therapy trial for PTSD in New York City. He is an Integral Master Coach and a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through UMass Medical School. His background integrates mindfulness, psychology, and psychedelic-assisted therapy through both academic training and hands-on clinical research experience.

With more than a decade of group leadership experience and extensive retreat facilitation, David brings a grounded, experiential approach to organizational development, leadership training, and the design of rigorous, high-value learning environments. His work is guided by a commitment to depth, integrity, and high standards, with an emphasis on creating programs that are both effective and deeply aligned with Fluence’s mission and vision.
