Felicia Fdyfil-Horne, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, clinical supervisor, and founder of Hope Therapeutic Services, a trauma-informed mental health organization serving individuals, families, and communities. She brings over a decade of clinical and leadership experience working with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity-based stressors across diverse populations.

Felicia’s clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and mindfulness-based interventions, and spiritually integrated care. Her work emphasizes nervous system regulation, embodiment, ethical practice, and culturally responsive care. She has extensive experience providing clinical supervision, training clinicians, conducting assessments, and supporting professional development within trauma-informed and emerging therapeutic frameworks.

In training and evaluator roles, Felicia is known for her grounded presence, thoughtful feedback, and commitment to fidelity, safety, and practitioner competence. She brings a relational, reflective, and compassionate lens to facilitation and assessment, supporting clinicians in developing confidence, skill integration, and ethical alignment in their work with clients.
