Jordan serves as the Enterprise Training Program Manager at Fluence, working to help liaise with our clients and practitioners while overseeing the end-to-end execution of training programs for clinical trials. In his role, he ensures that complex, multi-site training initiatives run seamlessly – on time, in compliance, and to the rigorous standards required by pharmaceutical partners and regulatory frameworks as psychedelic-assisted therapies advance through late-stage development.

Prior to joining Fluence, Jordan spent five years in account and program management at a leading tech ed firm in the life sciences industry, specializing in custom simulated trainings for sponsors running clinical trials.

Based in Durham, NC, Jordan spends his free time coordinating community-based art events, enjoying time outside in nature, and attending live music, art, and theater performances.
