Łukasz is a clinical psychologist, neuropsychologist and psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Bydgoszcz, Poland. He is co-founder and CEO of Propsyche, a multidisciplinary mental health clinic, and of Promente, a clinical research center conducting trials in treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, and neurodegenerative disease, including studies of psychedelic compounds. In his clinical work he brings together neuropsychology, neurobiology and mindfulness with a psychodynamic approach.

He was among the first therapists in Poland trained to work in psilocybin clinical trials. In that work he prepares patients for dosing sessions, provides psychological support during the sessions, and follows them through integration. He completed psychedelic-assisted therapy training with Fluence and with Compass Pathways, and a clinical practicum at Sunstone Therapies in Maryland.

He trains, supervises and mentors therapists both in clinical trials and in everyday practice. He speaks at professional conferences and writes for specialist and general audiences on clinical psychology, psychotherapy and neuroscience. He works with patients in Polish and English.
