Tom Shutte, MA, UKCP, is a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and trainer based in the UK. He has worked as a clinician-researcher with psychedelics for more than a decade, with experience spanning psychedelic harm reduction and integration, legal psilocybin retreat facilitation, academic research, and clinical trials. He has served as lead study therapist on Phase 1–3 clinical trials involving psilocybin, 5-MeO-DMT, methylone, ibogaine, and next-generation psychedelic compounds, including studies sponsored by Compass Pathways, Cybin, Beckley Psytech, Transcend Therapeutics, and ATAI. He has also trained trial therapists and worked as an adherence rater. He previously served as Clinical Lead at Wavepaths. He completed his master's in psychotherapy at Middlesex University and integrates somatic, transpersonal, and relational approaches into his clinical work.
