Description
This course introduces key topics and research on the use of Ketamine in mental health treatment. The course features Fluence Trainer Casey Paleos, MD and covers mechanisms of action, emerging indications, treatment models, subjective effects, and risks and precautions. The course consists of 5 video lessons, knowledge check questions, and a continuing education certificate, and can be completed at your convenience entirely online.
This recorded asynchronous distance learning course offers 1.5 hours of CE credit. Fluence is approved by APA and NYSED to offer CE for Psychologists, Social Workers, and LMHCs.

- Describe the current clinical research on ketamine’s safety, efficacy, clinical indications, and contraindications.
- List current evidence-based practices for use of set and setting to optimize safe, effective, and ethical ketamine administration and dosing.
